
A spacious 4-bedroom farmhouse holiday villa, located in a prime location within the popular residential urbanization of Can Singala, in the elegant Puerto de Pollença, North of Mallorca (Spain).

We are a Franco-Irish couple who have just acquired this lovely property from Caroline and Mike who have been renting it successfully for the last few years.
Everything in the house is catered for families with young children and small groups of cyclists. We're carrying over the same level of standards and service for your enjoyment.

The entrance
A security gate opens onto the front of the property leading to a large porch to sit and relax.

The accommodation continues along to the separate dining room with beamed ceilings. Furnished with a wooden table seating 8 it boasts double patio doors opening onto the pretty rear patio garden. It also includes a wood burner for winter stays.

The villa opens directly into the spacious lounge with high beamed ceilings. Comfortably furnished and equipped with flat screen smart TV. The attractive wood burner provides heat for off season stays.
The ground floor bedroom and bathroom
The ground floor accommodation is complete with a convenient twin bedroom and a separate shower room with toilet.
The kitchen
An arch leads along to the fully fitted spacious country kitchen with a fantastic Range master oven. A laundry corner includes 2 fridge freezers and a washing machine.
The garden
This house offers extensive outside terracing. The large shady terrace at the front of the property is wonderful and peaceful.
The rear patio boasts a fantastic hot tub, to relax after a long day of cycling or sunbathing. Sunbeds and sun parasols are also provided for your comfort. There is also a barbecue and an outside shower.

The staircase leads from the lounge to 3 further spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace.
